Rickway Carpet has been in business since 1975. George Stoops, a geography professor, started the business in 1975. He started by selling same remnants and slowly grew into one of the largest flooring stores in southern Minnesota. Rickway Carpet has 15 employees. Six of those employees have each been with the company for 20 plus years.

We are a full service flooring store - commercial and residential. Not only do we have a large selection of special order carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, cork, and area rugs, but we carry carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, and area rugs in-stock. Floor covering is our main business, but we also carry window treatments and do custom showers.

Our sales people can assist you in color/style selection, estimate the cost of your project, measure the areas, and schedule an installer for you. Most of our sales staff have been with Rickway for 10 years or more! We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable sales staff and our large in-stock inventory of carpet, vinyl and laminate.
